The stunning Coastal links course Lahinch Golf Club is situated in western Ireland, Lahinch
on the northwest coast of County Clare. https://lahinchgolf.com/
Since it’s foundation in 1892 Lahinch Golf Club is rightly regarded among the world’s finest
links golf courses. The Old Course today is a spectacular link and is the product of design
originally by Old Tom Morris and more significantly in the 1920s by Alister MacKenzie, the
links were modernized and enhanced further by Martin Hawtree in 2003. The Old Course
at Lahinch will not fail to impress and is an absolute must for any visiting golfer. The
Castle Course is a slightly less formidable challenge than the Old Course, though
equally as interesting a prospect.
Lahinch is consistently ranked among Europe’s Top-20 and World Top-50 golf courses.
GOLF magazine ranked Lahinch #42 in the world in its 2011 rankings.“Lahinch is the finest and most popular course that I or I believe anyone else, ever
constructed” Alister MacKenzie
Many of our guests use the opportunity to include a fly alone the stunning Cliffs of Moher on
the route, Irelands most visited natural attraction, natural, rugged, panoramic and breath-taking the
Cliffs stand 702ft high and 5 miles long. Or the non-golfers taking a day tour to visit the Aran
Islands, a uniquely remote old-world experience.
