An EC120 Airbus Helicopter. The EC120 B, also known as the “Colibri” (Hummingbird), is a 1.7 ton, single-engine aircraft designed for flexibility. It features advanced technologies for simple, safe and cost-efficient operations as well as easy maintenance. It is the only fully FAR/JAR 27 certified helicopter in its class. The EC120 layout also gives maximum viewing capability for passengers making it ideal for scenic tours enhancing customer enjoyment.

Currently passengers are limited to four per aircraft, one passenger in the front and three passengers in the back. All seats have excellent viewing capabilities. This is a scheduled service so you will be sharing with other passengers unless a booking for four passengers.
Yes when you schedule your tour you can use separate vouchers for the same trip
We can hold preference if requested, but cannot guarantee as most flights are mixed bookings and discretion will be used on day to ensure maximum comfort for all passengers on board.
Executive’s Scheduled flights are designed so that customers experience the maximum effect possible during their time on board and are focused on particular high profile landmarks associated with the area. Customers have a clear understanding of what they are going to experience and what they should expect to see, Dublin City/Cliff scheduled tours are approximately 15 minutes long, 45-60 km in length.
Dublin City: During the Dublin Tour you can see Croke Park, Aviva Stadium, O’Connell St, Pheonix Park, The Pigeon House Chimneys, Dublin Harbour.
Cliffs of Moher: During the Cliffs of Moher Tour just to mention a few Doolin Pier, Spanish Point Bay, Lahinch Golf Course, Lascannor Harbour, Mutton Island, White Strand and of course the Cliffs themselves. On a fine day you can look over to the Aran Islands.

Suitable weather conditions are the decision of the pilot in command taking regulations etc. into account, Executive will operate to the highest safety levels, Lack of visibility and wind levels are usually the initial deciding factors. It is possible to fly in rain.
If the weather conditions are such that it is unflyable we will do our very best to notify all passengers with as much notice as possible However occasionally weather conditions can be changeable and it may not always be possible to fully predict in advance and contact everyone in time. If concerned please feel free to ring operations for an update.
We would recommend that you wear comfortable casual clothing (suitable for the time of year). Bulky heavy coats are not required and may cause discomfort as the cabin temperature is controlled.
Sunglasses are recommended for Sunny days.
No proof of your booking is all that is needed on day unless for children nearing the age of two, see below.
Executive follows the same policy as all commercial air carriers in relation to Age limits, in general there are no age limits to flying however
It is company policy for Under 16’s to be accommodated by an adult on flight
Infants (under 24 months) can go on an Adults lap
Children over the age of 2 years will be required to purchase a seat. Children under the age of 2 years are required to have proof of age (passport or birth certificate). Under 2 go free and must fly on parents lap and must be booked in advance.
All requests for lap child must be notified and confirmed by Executive prior to the date of flight
Executive follows the same policy as all of the commercial air carriers. This policy is regulated by the IAA and states that parents must have proof of child’s age (i.e. government documentation) if they wish to take the child on a flight as a lap child.
As governed by the IAA, we are not permitted to make any exceptions to this policy.
Cameras and video cameras are allowed to take pictures/mementos of your flight. Handbags are permissible. Space is limited so please leave bags, rucksacks etc in your car or with family members.
No food or Drink is allowed on board due to the short nature of the flight, for longer flights please check with operations.
Your are more than welcome to bring friends and family to see you take off on your flight, Weston airport has fantastic viewing restaurant bar facilities for all and The Cliffs of Moher have a Waiting room that friends and family are welcome to wait in. However friends and family are not permitted on the ramp area.
The maximum weight limit per person is 200 lbs (14 stone) or on Average between passengers booked. We would ask that you please advise if you exceed this weight but are less than 16 stone and we will try and facilitate you. Guests over 16 stone will be required to purchase two seats.
Executive uses Headsets on board for all passengers, you will be able to talk to the pilot and other passengers on board. The pilot if talking to traffic control may have to switch off from the passengers temporarily but you will be able to continue talking to other passengers
Weston airport has excellent facilities restrooms, restaurant, bar etc, The cliffs of Moher site is based on a local club facility and has waiting room facilities, a gender neutral restroom with excellent local bars Restaurants hotels within a short drive from the site.
Yes, To fly and to be accommodated, you must also be accompanied by someone who can assist you with boarding and disembarking the Aircraft. You must also advise in advance, For Further details please contact our operations office.
YES, there will a selection of soft non alcoholic drinks available as an alternative, identification is also required to verify passengers are over 18 before receiving. Where lunch as been included you will be given a voucher on arrival to avail of your meal.
Tours require a minimum number of passengers to operate, A 48 hour cancelation notice is required, no shows at the time of departure will be charged in full and will not receive a refund. All times are approximate.

Oxygen is generally classed as “dangerous goods” however if for medical use up to 5kg is permitted, Pilot in Command on board must be made aware in advance and the company should be informed when booking of this requirement.
